Warehouse Manager - Job Requirements: Full Time Position 37.50 - 40 Hours per Week, 40+ Hours of Paid Training is Provided to Full Time Employees. Develop short and long-term plans and implement processes that create operating efficiencies and further the company's overall productivity Coordinating different teams, vehicles, and equipment while fostering the exchange of ideas and providing cross-team learning opportunities Procure, coordinate, and allocate material budgets for larger projects Manage the receipt, storage, distribution, and inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment. Provide direct and indirect logistical support Operate heavy equipment as needed in the warehouse or at job sites

Warehouse Manager - Job Duties: Ensure inventory is efficiently organized and stocked. (Minimum Ix per week) Complete trainings, reporting requirements, and preventative maintenance. (as scheduled) Identify workplace hazards (Physical, Moral, and Morale), reduce the associated risks, document perils, and minimize losses (Ongoing / As Needed) Verify and log how EVERY employee or contractor is practicing safe workplace methods at the warehouse and on all job sites. (Everyday) Ensure ALL equipment is accounted for at the end of each job, and at the end of each shift. Restock all materials/solutions/equipment as needed (Ix per week) Ensure vehicle maintenance/inventory is being conducted at the end of EACH week. Must actively respond to emails/phone calls/text messages

Warehouse Manager - Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Highschool Degree or GED and One Year of Previous Employment in a Warehouse. The Candidate Must Demonstrate They Worked Under Minimal Supervision or have Direct Supervisory/Management Experience
