Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects

• Managing account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation

• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Maintaining the general ledger and making necessary journal entries

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for financial tasks

• Conducting month-end close procedures

• Leveraging industry experience to handle construction accounting tasks

• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project accounting

• Utilizing knowledge of construction projects to optimize financial operations

• Applying construction industry experience to enhance financial processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Construction industry Project Accountant

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is a must; SAGE software experience, or similar preferred

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with Commercial Construction Projects

• Proficiency in Construction Projects - Accounting and Project Accounting

• Prior experience in Construction Accounting

• Must have Construction Industry Experience
