Direct, plan, and implement company’s financial policies, objectives, and activities to fund operations, maximize profits, and increase financial productivity, and ensure economic development of the company. Analyze financial operations to evaluate performance of company in meeting objectives and determine areas of potential cost reduction and service improvement. Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs. Confer with board of directors and company officials and staff to discuss financial and economic issues and guidelines, and resolve problems. Coordinate the development or implementation of budgetary control systems, recordkeeping systems, or other administrative and financial control processes. Review reports submitted by staff members to recommend approval or to suggest changes. Prepare and present reports concerning activities, expenses, budgets, and other items affecting company’s services. Develop economic guidelines and standards for the managing members and prepare recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses. Requirement(s): Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing/Economics.
