However, as a global company, MAHLE offers many job opportunities outside of the U.S. which can be found through our employment website www.jobs.mahle.com ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide business and system support to the NA Organization * Monitor and follow-up on billing activities of IT products to inter-companies (debit and credit notes per request, billing details) * Facilitate and support MAHLE economic planning process (follow up with managers, to analize expenses trends and help calculate product prices) * Monitor Time reports and hours tracking for the IT department * Handles special projects as assigned * Review and update work instructions as needed QUALIFICATIONS * Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university seeking a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration * Must have excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills * Strong analytical and financial analysis abilities * Capacity to learn and apply new tools and concepts * Knowledge of current principles of accounting, finance and audit principles * Ability to manage complex processes * Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office applications * Must have excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros * Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse or other ERP systems is a plus Do you have any questions?
