Our Miskolc facility is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base. We employ hundreds of colleagues from the local community and will continue to develop the site over time.

We are seeking a Vendor Scheduler to join our team.

Job description

• Create the material schedule and monitor delivery on time

• Examine the availability of raw materials, resources and capacities

• Preparing the reports for direct supervisor

• Optimize the storage, supervise the production materials

• Analyze current orders and forecasts

• Participate in new projects

• Cooperate with other departments within organization

• Managing the transport to/from suppliers/subcontractors

• Daily meetings interdepartmental

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of planning production and material management experience in Industrial or Automotive environment

• Confident English knowledge (fluent Hungarian language skill is a must)

• Effective computer skills to improve daily work

• Good cooperative, organizing and communication skills, process approach, independence and ability to coordinate

• Details focused and ability to work under pressure
