Job Title: Equipment Mechanic
Job Description
Inspect, diagnose, repair, and re-condition a variety of different equipment for customers. Work on different construction equipment such as boom lifts, aerial lifts, rail trucks, and more.
Hard Skills
High mechanical aptitude
Troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
Disassemble units for diagnosis and/or repair
Devise solutions for unit failures through examination of equipment, specification sheets, and manuals
Clean and degrease parts using appropriate chemicals and cleaning devices
Recondition and/or replace damaged parts and reassemble units using appropriate manuals and schematics
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fenton, Missouri.
Work Environment
Smaller shop environment with 3-6 other mechanics and a service manager
