Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Import Export Specialist to join us in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the international flow of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and optimizing logistics processes to support the company’s global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the import and export of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards.

• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers to ensure timely delivery and clearance of shipments.

• Supervise changes in international trade regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines, ensuring the company’s operations remain compliant.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align import-export activities with business goals.

• Handle and optimize logistics and transportation processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Address and resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, or documentation discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of all import-export transactions and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Confirmed experience (minimum 2 year) in import-export operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Confirmed understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and pharmaceutical compliance standards (e.g., GMP, GDP).

• Proficiency in logistics management systems and trade compliance software is a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Diligent with a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
