The Guest Experience Manageris responsible for the daily operations of the Guest Experience. The Guest Experience Manager is accountable for maintaining a professional, safe, positive work environment, staff supervision, and administrative support. The Guest Experience Manager must be available to work any shift as needed, including nights and weekends. Work as a team with Housekeeping Manages and be cross-trained in these areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees Front Desk
• Participates in the Manager on Duty Program.
• Maintain guest room inventory.
• Hire and train employees; prepare schedules for the Front Desk Department to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Assist with proposing department budgets and adhering to approved budgets.
• Supervise Front Desk personnel during shift and assist other department managers in their absence; mentor and develop Supervisors and team members; listen, analyze, and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure all cash handling is done per policies and procedures.
• Attends leadership meetings and conducts department meetings.
• Assist in conducting the weekly safety and upholding service standards. Coordinate with group leaders for arrivals, departures and bag pulls.
• Other duties as assigned or required, ensuring our excellent service and commitment to 100% guest satisfaction.
