Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with SAP experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination roles, as well as extensive knowledge of SAP software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in good condition.

• Use SAP software to manage logistics processes, including inventory management, shipping, and delivery tracking.

• Coordinate with our sales and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled.

• Liaise with transportation providers to arrange the shipment of goods.

• Respond to logistics-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process, using problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.

• Monitor logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

• Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and summaries for management.

• Comply with all relevant regulations and standards regarding logistics operations.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a logistics coordinator, ideally within a SAP environment.

• Working knowledge of SAP software, with a specific focus on its logistics-related modules.

• Strong coordination skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Solid problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong understanding of logistics processes and principles.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
