Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Florham Park, New Jersey. This role functions within the industry, where you will be expected to handle various tasks related to account reconciliation, accounts payable, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process invoices and checks

• Manage and reconcile account payable details

• Run checks as per the organizational standards

• Code invoices ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable

• Process invoices in a timely and effective manner

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Operate Oracle and QuickBooks for financial management

• Employ SAP for business operations and customer relationship management. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to conduct Check Runs effectively

• Demonstrated experience in Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills are essential

• Must be well-versed in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Experience with Oracle is desired

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
