Accenture Communications Associate Manager (Part-Time) in Florham Park, New Jersey

As a core member of our People Engagement Team (our internal communications function in Marketing + Communications), you will provide communication guidance and execution support for a range of programs and processes, as prioritized by our team leads. You will leverage data and insights to help the team create and target highly personalized and relevant communications targeted to Accenture people in the US, Canada and/or Latin America.

Communications Associate Manager (Part-Time)

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and help execute multiple projects in support of our Americas People Engagement team, in areas such as performance, recognition, benefits, learning, local office communications and more.

  • · Support our team leads with developing strategic communication strategies and plans.

  • Assess daily communication requests received through our Comms Hub workflow and direct the work to the right team members.

  • Track metrics and share insights on program performance. Leverage data and analytics to help guide team members and business stakeholders on use of communication channels and segments.

  • Collaborate with People Engagement writers and channel experts – and with other Marketing + Communications professionals when appropriate – to help ensure seamless execution of internal communication activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of internal communications experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional project management skills, helping to ensure communications initiatives are executed as planned in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Previous experience with developing integrated internal communications plans and execution.

  • Knowledge and expertise with editing and publishing in digital platforms (including MS Teams, MS Viva Engage, WordPress, SharePoint, Mailer)

  • Good presentation and oral communications skills (English).

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either public or private sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well 100% remotely.

This role is part-time and approximately 3 days per week / with a total of 24 hours worked per week.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
