Honeywell Field Service Technician II in FLORIDA, Florida

As a Field Service Technician II - On-site here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers on the in Florida. You will work on-site, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the project. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of our Florida project and contribute to the overall growth of our field service operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and service to customers

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

• Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of our solutions

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in a similar role

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
