We are looking for a talented Project Manager - Sales to join our team specializing in Sales for Cummins Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong Project Management : Balance scope, schedule, and resources to ensure project goals are fully realized. Maintain a clear focus on delivering impactful results.
Audience Adaptability : Explain complex topics in a way that your target audience can easily understand and use. Tailor your communication to fit the needs of different groups, such as sales professionals and customers.
Customer-Centric Approach : Incorporate the customers’ perspective into your work. Develop content that meets their needs and enhances our sales efforts, driving revenue growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Job location is Hybrid with up to 25% travel (candidate can be based out of any city within the US)
Knowledge of power generation products, ability to interface with contractors, consulting engineers, vendors, knowledge of codes, knowledge of technical documentation, and strong research capabilities needed.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must possess strong organizational and planning skills and be capable of multi-tasking on a variety of complex tasks
Must be able to manage databases and reporting mechanisms for project milestones.
Must be data and process oriented/driven.
Must be able to work in a team environment with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Project Administration, Engineering and Service Team both within and outside of their account.
Must possess a good base of understanding of project financials.
Must quickly be able to build rapport with external stakeholders - client and trade partners.
