Job Summary: Bilingual Spanish/English Provider Relations Specialistis to oversee service providers, monitor productivity/clinical fulfillment, performance, and serve as a liaison for providers and other internal departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The role of the Provider Relations Specialist is to oversee service providers, manage performance productivity, and serve as a liaison for providers and other internal departments.
• Establish and maintain a supportive relationship with providers.
• Work closely with internal departments and providers to ensure documentation and services are completed and submitted according to EI rules and regulations and received in a timely manner.
• Notify and update providers of all changes regarding EI regulations, service provision, and QA changes.
• Effectively analyze, monitor, and manage therapist productivity/clinical fulfillment and caseload, ensuring the maximum productivity and billing potential per provider.
• Manage provider performance and complete annual reviews
• Review reimbursements; review monthly bonus (overtime) pay, review provider invoices
• Mediate issues and concerns raised by providers, or internal staff regarding therapists including but not limited to the following program and corporate departments: Case Management, Evaluations, Billing, Immigration, Clinical Supervision, and Human Resources departments.
• Follow-up with providers continuously; conduct heavy e-mail and phone contact with therapists as well as office staff.
• Perform new hire orientations for providers and conduct re-training as needed.
• Day to day trouble shooting
• Work with Compliance/Credentialing to ensure provider compliance
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications and other requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English a must
Successful experience working in a high-volume work environment where organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with a broad spectrum of people
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
Take the initiative and be a decision maker
Strong analytical skills
Strong typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements of the Role
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Compensation: Full-time hourly non-exempt $23-$24 per hour
Hours: In office, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
