Seasonal/Temporary work from 3/1/25 - 12/1/25

3100-acre row crop farm, must be able to operate combine, tractor, use John Deere and Trimble gps, drive18 wheeler, knowledgeable with pivots. Pass random drug screens, lift heavy loads and work in hot and cold conditions. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, be able to handle working in high humidity, clean work areas, direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting, guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines, haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil, set up, operate, and repair irrigation equipment, inform farm managers of plants or crops progress, load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities, load and unload materials and commodities, load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, maintain grounds and landscaping, maintain inventory, mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery, operate self-propelled machinery, position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers, record information about crops, regulate conditions, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment,\ repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment, use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears, loppers, knives, wrenches, crow bars, air tools, and electric tools, weigh containers and record weights and identifying information, work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: air seeders, augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, irrigation equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc., planters, semi-trucks, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce corn, grain sorghum, soybeans, wheat. Speak and understand English.
