Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be assisting on the Flexo machines that fold, stack, and package finished products. This is a hands-on role involving feeding raw stock into the machines. The tasks can vary day-to-day, but are generally consistent, requiring the ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly. You will be working in a clean and organized facility with modern equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating Flexo machines to fold, stack, and package products

• Feed raw stock into the machines at the front end

• Perform quality control inspections to ensure product standards

• Set up and load machines for production runs

• Package and assemble products as required

• Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the work area

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine operating and production

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift 10-30 lbs consistently

• Capability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours a day

• High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Longevity at previous jobs indicating reliability

• Experience in inspection and quality control

• Proficiency in packaging and assembly tasks

Work Environment/Pay

You will be working in a noisy facility with Flexo and corrugated packaging machines. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 6am-2pm and 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, with a $1.25 shift premium for the 2nd shift. Base pay is $17/hr. The facility is smaller, with about 50 employees on the shop floor. You can expect consistent 9-hour shifts and a supportive environment focused on growth and stability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25
