The National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for a Training Documentation Specialist, Journeyman to provide program support onsite at our customer. This opportunity is in anticipation of a contract award that is expected this month!
What you’ll be doing:
Analyze training needs by collaborating with iterative development team members, attending ceremony meetings, and working alongside project development activities.
Gather content and work with subject matter experts to develop training materials using company course templates.
Collaborate with Training Program Leads to create a seamless and cohesive curriculum design.
Collaborate with Training Program Leads to design write consistent training content following company brand guidelines and training standards.
Conduct train the trainer sessions, develop training assessments and help conduct training reviews with multiple stakeholders.
Design and develop eLearning and Instructor Led training.
What does Leidos need from me?
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance required.
Three plus years of demonstrated experience with a BA/BS degree OR four plus years of experience with an AS degree or five plus years of experience with a high school diploma.
Background and experience in developing and certifying job qualification standards; evaluation/certification program development; creating in-house training materials; military training and training support operations; training records management; ATARS.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
