Responsibilities

Our Maintenance Department is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join the team! If you have a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use tools (e.g., wrenches) to disassemble, repair, or replace equipment components.

• Test and assess damaged parts to determine if major repairs are needed, using knowledge of hydraulics and basic electrical systems.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance (PM) on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Collaborate closely with other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues.

Specific Skills & Physical Demands:

• strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

• Comfortable working at heights (climbing ladders) and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.

• Must be in good physical condition and demonstrate agility to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
