Description We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is instrumental in supporting diverse divisions through comprehensive internal analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, which are crucial in driving financial performance and assessing competitive positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Closely monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions

• Engage in preparing yearly budgets, quarterly and monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate the performance of the business, including variance analysis

• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with leaders of business units to understand financial needs, provide insights, and liaise with multiple business units on complex topics

• Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and reporting

• Enhance financial planning tools and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy

• Support potential Mergers & Acquisitions activities and other strategic initiatives Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in business systems and Confluence

• Experience with CRM systems is mandatory

• Familiarity with data mining techniques is required

• Thorough understanding of accounting functions and auditing

• Demonstrable experience with budget processes and capital management

• Knowledge of the aviation and MRO industry is preferred

• Proven ability to prepare budgets accurately

• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) is a plus

• Capability to perform ad hoc analysis and reporting

• Strong commitment to continuous process improvement

• Experience in preparing and delivering board presentations
