Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to assist the Warehouse Management staff with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. This is a dynamic role which will be leaned on to support a variety of activities in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
Handle any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or deliveries.
Provide support to Warehouse Management.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in a warehouse lead or associate role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse role.

Work Environment
The work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend overtime as needed. The current warehouse is open-air, and we will be moving to a larger facility in the next 4 months.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
