A local company has an opening for a Maintenance Technician on the 1st shift at their Fort Madison facility. Must be a motivated self-starter. The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment and/or certified technical education. Strong emphasis on experience with electrical, PLCs, HMI, variable frequency drives, MIG welding, fabrication, and machinist skills. Must be computer literate and experienced in reading and understanding electrical schematics/blueprints. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications for Maintenance Mechanic, Level 2. Benefits after 60 days include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid holidays, and paid vacation days. The selected candidate must pass a background check and drug/alcohol screen post-offer. Perform all other duties or tasks as directed by supervisor/management. Pay is based on experience.
