ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented TDL Analyst III to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*The TDL Analyst III evaluates program operations and recommends improvements to medium and large TDLs.

*They identify trends and patterns in program data to help identify areas of inefficiency or underperformance.

*They also develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency, including creating and implementing new procedures and policies.

*In addition, the role may conduct research and report on program performance and outcomes.

*The TDL Analyst III is experienced in improving overall operational performance.

*The TDL Analyst III provides direction to subordinate personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

*5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Clearance Requirements:

*Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

*Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

*Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

*Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
