U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Specialist in Fort Meade Naval Facilities, Maryland

Summary You will serve as a Collection Manager for intelligence collection activities performed by the command. You will serve as a recognized subject matter expert with regard to collection management. This position is located at U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND in Fort Meade, MD. Responsibilities You will be responsible for performing Intelligence Collection Management functions. You will provide technical and analytical advice to headquarters staff sections, subordinate commands and units in matters relating to intelligence collection. You will be responsible for issues pertaining to all-source intelligence collection and production requirements and management. You will serve as intelligence requirements management project officer for routine, special access program, and compartmented projects, operations, or exercises. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Plan and execute collection management within priorities established through the collection management process while using appropriate collection strategies; Develop collection strategies and address challenges related to gathering information from relevant sources and shortfalls in collection tasking; Provide centralized administration, governance, and coordination of Collection Management requirements in support of cyberspace operations.
