As a Financial Service Professional, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors.

What We’re Looking For: strong collaborators who excel in a fast-paced, team environment, are passionate about client service, and are interested in building a career in Financial Services.

You will handle inbound phone calls that can range from something as simple as an account balance inquiry to the complexity of helping resolve unique financial transactions, but your primary focus remains the same: Providing our clients with timely, correct, and relevant information, when and where they need it so that they in turn can help their clients achieve their own financial dreams.

  • The journey will begin with a four-month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job training on our Service 360 team.

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolutions, emphasizing a team-oriented approach.

  • Career & Community: You’ll also have regular time for coaching, career development activities, participate in ERG events and and other opportunities to connect with colleagues and build community at LPL!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.

  • Registration: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required or obtained within the 4 month contract.

  • Experience: 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment.

  • Core Skills: High empathy and a passion for helping people, strong problem-solving abilities with an initiative-taking attitude and high sense of ownership, strong attention to detail, proficiency in using computers and customer service software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and a strong curiosity coupled with a desire for continuous learning.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Desirable: Experience in or education about the financial services industry.
