Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Day to Day Work:

• Communicate between shifts and within the maintenance team.

• Conduct daily walkthroughs for facility needs (compressors, HVAC, etc.).

• Meet with production to prioritize maintenance needs based on urgency.

• Perform daily preventive maintenance (PM) of assigned machine cells, including hooking up laptops, diagnosing issues, scheduling downtime, repairing injection machines, lubricating, conducting tear downs and re-builds, re-wiring, replacing parts, maintaining robotics, checking thermolators or temperature control units (TCU), checking heat sensors, and addressing end of arm robot needs.

• Answer breakdown calls (reactive or corrective maintenance) as a first priority.

• Log all paperwork related to maintenance tasks.

Schedule: 2x2x3 (5:45pm - 6:15am) - 12.5 Hour Shifts
