Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills and mandatory keyboarding skills required.

• Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment, such as multi-line phones, calculators, and photocopiers.

• Basic knowledge of internet use.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional telephone etiquette and exceptional organizational, listening, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to implement solutions and adapt to constant change.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Must be creative, forward-thinking, and able to collaborate with clinical staff when faced with challenges.

• Preferred: Familiarity with medical terminology.
