Bell Textron Inc. is seeking an intern for the Bell Training Academy. The intern will be assigned to projects and support the Curriculum Development team with information, strategies, tools, and tactics to maintain and modernize course offerings across the BTA portfolio. The intern will directly support the Bell Training Academy mission to enable world class levels of safety and effectiveness for customers operating Bell aircraft across the globe. Day in the Life of an Instructional Design Intern
Interface with the pilot and technical training staff to develop and update Training Needs Analyses.
Evaluate existing training syllabus and alignment to current and emerging international regulatory requirements.
Conduct market research to determine emerging trends and recommend solutions for modern learning management systems in an aviation context.
Evaluate new technologies and opportunities to integrate advanced analytics and gamification into the BTA learning experience spanning academics, simulation, and practical tasks.
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Business required.
Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship.
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 2- August 8, 2025.
