Demo Team

The demo coordinator reports directly to the Supervisor of the demo team and is responsible for the planning and execution of sales requested aircraft demonstration flights around the world. This position requires the ability to be flexible and proactive with changes and processes to ensure the Demo Team schedules and allocates appropriate resources to support requests in a timely manner. The Coordinator must be a proactive, highly-motivated team player that has the ability to perform in a dynamic environment. The coordinator will be responsible for planning and scheduling all activities necessary to support numerous demonstration events inclusive of tours and simulation activities. What you'll be doing as a Demo Coordinator

  • Upon receipt of demo request coordinator is responsible for allocation of all resources to include aircraft, pilot, maintenance support, and entry into appropriate data collection tools to support analytics.

  • Interface with flight crews, sales support teams to organize details of flight requests, then communicate with maintenance facilities and personnel to ensure aircraft are adequately prepared for requested demo activities.

  • Coordinate with Bell legal, risk, and contracts for aircraft leasebacks, fleet service agreements and Certificate of Insurance ensuring all requirements have been met prior to a demonstration event.

  • Manage aircraft schedule for special requirements such as air shows, photo missions, and international demonstration tours. Assists with tracking and scheduling all on-site and off-site modification flight activity.

  • Manage flight requests to minimize unnecessary deadhead flight time without negatively impacting mission effectiveness. Ensure timely dissemination of information of released aircraft to pilots and related Flight Operations leadership.

  • Provide aircraft and flight crew reports, flight data (post flight completion), and other requested metrics to management as required.

  • Interface with various departments to coordinate support flights when necessary. This may include coordination with vendors, flight operations, engineering, marketing and others during daily operations.

  • Receives regular updates on pilot availability based on personal time or vacation requests, and then provide recommendations to management regarding feasibility of vacation requests.

  • With input from management, schedule recurring pilot training and deconflict with international schedule. Ensure pilot training is accomplished in a timely manner and that no pilot exceeds training deadlines.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree with a Major in Aviation, Business, or related field.

  • 3 years of experience in allocating various resources in a dynamic environment

  • Previous experience working in a Rotary Wing aviation environment preferred

  • Previous experience utilizing scheduling programs preferred What we offer you in return
