Job Title: HR Business Partner

Salary: $27-35/hr

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)

Job Overview:

Adecco is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support to an assigned client group. This role involves managing various human resource programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and fostering positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within the assigned client group, providing guidance on employment-related matters.

  • Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance management, training, and development.

  • Conduct confidential investigations and resolve escalated HR or personnel issues.

  • Coach managers on employee relations, including performance improvement plans, development plans, and progressive discipline.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

  • Stay informed about HR trends and make recommendations for improvements and best practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing/distribution sites and the HR department.

  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies for assigned teams.

  • Handle employment-related inquiries, escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel.

  • Attend and facilitate employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and wellbeing programs.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and positive employee relations practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing site/clean rooms.

  • Distribution/warehouse sites.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting in front of a computer.

  • Potential exposure to noise.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires 20-30% travel.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $40.00 per hour
