Paylocity HRIS Specialist contract position with Fort Worth, TX client.

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous HRIS Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas. The HRIS Analyst will play an instrumental role in the implementation of a new Paylocity system. This role is critical in bridging the gap between Human Resources, Payroll, and Talent Management, and will serve as a project manager and liaison to ensure a successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a project manager for the implementation of the Paylocity system

• Serve as a liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, and Talent Management departments

• Leverage ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now skills to support the implementation

• Conduct Ad Hoc Reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency during the implementation

• Perform audits to maintain the integrity of the system

• Oversee Benefit Functions and Business Process Functions to ensure alignment with the new system

• Use Paylocity skills to optimize the implementation process

Requirements

Experience with Paylocity software is required

Paylocity implementation experience is required
