• This is a full-time on-site role.
• The Production Lead will be responsible for monitoring the activities of the machine operators and other functions on the line, with an emphasis on product quality, on-time delivery, cost and factory production efficiency.

• High School diploma or GED
• Flexible schedule, able to work scheduled OT
• Production Planning, Quality Control, and Production Management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in training and development
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
