ManpowerGroup Supply Chain Operations Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas
Our client, a leader in supply chain operations, is seeking a Business Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Business Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations team supporting the ITTS (Inventory Trouble Ticket System) Investigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
What's the Job?
Support the investigation and resolution of carrier shipping and warehouse-related issues.
Collaborate with 3rd party warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Resolve an average of 80 tickets per day while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level commitments.
Utilize various systems to troubleshoot and address customer-impacting solutions.
Engage with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
What's Needed?
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Slack.
Experience with point of sale systems is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
