DESCRIPTION OF WORK

A Corrections Stock Clerk receives, distributes, and inventories supplies and raw materials. A key part of your role is training and monitoring inmate workers to help in the successful delivery of goods. You will also prepare reports; operate vehicles, fork lifts, or hand trucks; remove scrap materials; and transport deliveries.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week. Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $40,664.00 (before taxes). QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of stockroom, warehouse, retail sales, or clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
