Enclara Healthcare is seeking a VSP experienced Billing Representative to join our Finance Revenue Cycle team. Enclara Healthcare is a leading solution provider, focused on simplifying care delivery in complex patient populations to improve patient experience, quality and cost. Recently partnered with Humana, our business continues to grow at a rapid pace. The Billing Representative will manage the billing process, accurately handle billing issues with Hospice patient accounts, and resolve outstanding balances.
Location: Remote US
Hours: This is a VSP role with no guaranteed amount of hours per week. Typically will be 35-40 hours. The current shift needed will be between 9am and 5PM EST Monday-Friday and Saturday or Sunday 1-2 times per month.
The department operates between 7am and-6:30PM Monday-Friday and your shift could change based on business needs.
The Billing & Reconciliation Representative:
Reviews and reconciles the monthly census for hospice.
Assists in the preparation of monthly customer invoices.
Addresses various billing issues with hospice accounts.
Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion

Required Qualifications
1+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Experienced (beginner-intermediate level) in MS Excel
Experienced in other MS Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritization to meet deadlines.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Hospice or Pharmacy Billing
Strong background identifying and resolving billing issues, escalating as needed.
Work-At-Home Requirements
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$40,000 - $52,300 per year
