The Role

As a Lumen Program Manager III, you will manage project team members, stakeholders, customers, and sponsors to identify and monitor budget, goals, scope, project plan, issues, risks, and milestones; establishes measures to determine success of projects (e.g., costs, scope, time, intended results).

Location and Schedule

This is a Work From Home job in the United States.

The Main Responsibilities

• Monitor new Quantum Fiber Instant Internet, Instant WIFI, and Standard Fiber MDU property launches (both in and out of region) to ensure on-time service delivery

• Facilitate the seamless transition of completed MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) builds from network implementation to the Sales Organization

• Serve as a liaison between contracted and internal Lumen partners (lead/attend weekly implementation calls, kick-off meetings, escalation requests, etc.)

• Track and manage property activities in Salesforce/Sitetracker

• Communicate new property launches to the Sales organization. Assist Sales in preparing successful openings (marketing support, quality checks, event support, etc.)

• Provide sales training as needed to educate the team on newly deployed technologies

• Effectively communicate program status, risks and issues to leadership and present options and recommendations for resolution

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required; 6+ years of related experience

• Excellent organizational, planning, decision making and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Ability to multitask by working in a face paced, constantly changing environment

• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels

• Ability to efficiently utilize MS Office Suite of Applications specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Salesforce/Sitetracker experience is a plus, as is experience with GPON/XGSPON (Gigabot Passive Optical Network) technology

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
