Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will operate Crown Stand Up Reach forklifts, handle materials, and manage inventory within a freezer environment. YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A FREEZER ENVIRONMENT!

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown Stand Up Reach forklifts and Reach Trucks.

• Load and unload trucks efficiently.

• Handle materials and manage inventory using RF scanners.

• Conduct cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Work in a freezer environment and move products quickly in and out of shelves.

• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

• Assist in shipping and receiving activities.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience operating stand up forklifts and reach trucks.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management.

• Strong material handling and picking skills.

• Experience in shipping and receiving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in a freezer environment for extended periods.

• Capability to work in a very fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to constantly move and keep up with production demands.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
