Community Health Systems Technical Solution Architect - EPM in Franklin, Tennessee

Summary:
Oracle ERP Cloud “Technical Solution Architect - EPM” is an individual with EPM Cloud product working experience in FCC, ARC, EPBC and PCMC applications and critical thinker to provide solutions for complex business requirements. The Techno Functional Manager will have both technical and functional expertise on Oracle Cloud EPM, and will lead the requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, estimation and deployment of solution in line with organization change control board policies. The role also involves, maintenance, troubleshooting, resolution of errors for existing systems and support new roll outs. Bring new technical ideas and innovative use of functionalities and technology to provide business solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform requirement gathering, process Mapping, Analysis, and solutions design
Configure FCC, ARC & EPBC and design dimensions
Build and make changes to DM/DI, and establish source integrations
Write business rules, custom calculations, Essbase scripting, MDX queries and Groovy
Create and maintain ASO and BSO cubes
Perform EDMC integrations and metadata loads
Requirement gathering, Process Mapping, Analysis, and Design solutions
Carry out development and maintenance of the hierarchies
Carry out historical data conversion and mapping
Create FR Studio, Narrative Reporting and SmartView reports
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within timelines
Perform role assignment, data security (Groups/Teams) and audit support
Carry out performance tuning and block compression activities
Support month close, year close and complex merger & acquisition support
Work in a highly critical situation and tight timelines
Support Oracle Cloud GL and sub-ledger integrations
Work with cross-functional teams and business leaders
Conduct trainings and create FDD/TDD and other documents as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or other related field
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting
Required Experience:
8-10 Years of experience in Oracle EPM like HFM, ARM & Planning
1-3 Years of experience in FCCS, ARCS & EBPCS Cloud
Preferred Experience:
Oracle Fusion General Ledger
Experience in implementing out of box modules like Strategic Modelling (EPBCS)
Preferred License/Registration/Certification: Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications preferred
Computer Skills Required: Strong SQL and Groovy, Essbase scripting is required
