Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Brain Health Research Project Coordinator at U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command. The Project Coordinator will support the Blast Injury Research Coordinating Office (BIRCO)/ Joint Trauma Analysis and Prevention of Injury in Combat Program. Responsibilities: Provide support for meetings sponsored, organized, and hosted by BIRCO. Organize, provide or arrange for facilities (if required) and scientific/administrative support, and document, as required, blast injury research coordination meetings such as international state-of-the-science, expert panel, and research coordination board meetings. Provide support for the BIRCOs participation in blast injury research meetings sponsored, organized, and hosted by organizations external to the BIRCO, including but not limited to DoD, Service, and Federal agency research management and execution activities, NATO Human Factors and Medicine (HFM) Science & Technology Organization, the Biomedical Community of Interest (BioMed COI), medical research Integrating Integrated Product Teams (IIPTs), and Joint Program Committees. Provide support for the BIRCOs blast injury research reporting requirements, including but not limited to the BIRCOs Annual Report to the Executive Agent, Significant Activity (SIGACT) Reports, SITREPs, and the Annual Historical Report. Provide support for the preparation of responses to BIRCO taskings from all external sources. Provide support for BIRCO participation in NATO HFM activities, such as Technical Teams and Symposia

PhD in Brain Research or similar
Secret Clearance
PTSD / Mental Health experience
7 years of experience studying Brain Research or working in similar industry null
