We are looking for Parts Counter Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Frederick, MD team. As a vital part of the Parts Department, you'll play an essential role in maintaining our high standards for customer service and satisfaction. Position Overview:

As a Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will:

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, offering exceptional service

• Fulfill walk-in and phone orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in every request

• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing expert guidance on parts

• Manage inventory, parts orders, and special orders, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date

• Maintain a clean, organized counter and parts display area to create a welcoming environment

• Assist in warehouse management when needed, helping ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of parts department experience, preferably in a truck dealership or aftermarket environment

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with customers and teammates

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided

• Basic computer and math skills to process orders and track inventory

• Experience with Procede is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
