Summary

The Front desk Registration Assistant serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; and notifies company personnel of visitor. Also is responsible for managing patient flow in the office, by moving patients through a predetermined workflow according to appointment.

Responsibilities

Part time/ Per diem Monday - Friday

  • Welcomes all patients , family members and visitors when they arrive.

Assist patients with completing and signing all required documentation and questionnaires. Answer's patient questions and provides assistance with computer Kiosks for required information. Use professional and courteous language and maintain a positive tone in every encounter with both external and internal customers. Actively listen to patients to best meet their needs, while showing empathy. Keep patients informed of any delays in the process. Escorts patient to the Pods waiting area. Cleans and disinfects patient area and kiosks after every patient use. May assist other staff members with their duties as workload dictates. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Office Manager.

Responsible for timely and accurate completion of timesheets/ time records for hours work and payroll processing. Time records must be completed and approved by employee no later than close of business on last day of each pay period. Responsible for timely completion of all new hire training, departmental training, and yearly compliance training on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Minimum High School Degree Computer literacy required
