Honeywell ISC Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift in Freeport, Illinois

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations on the 3rd shift at our Freeport, IL location. You will lead a team of production workers and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards. Your role will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work out of our Freeport, IL location on a 3rd shift schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our production operations. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the production team, ensuring that production schedules are met, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your strong leadership and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team on the 3rd shift

• Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement

• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes

• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any production issues

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

The annual base salary range for this position is <$min 77,800 - $mid 97,200 >. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fabrication or manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of fabrication processes and equipment

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Six Sigma certification

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
