As Senior Specialist Business Expert, you will have significant responsibility for the development, implementation, and optimization of processes and systems used by CMN and in coordination with Monomers (CM) globally.

Executing systems (SAP and OMP) changes, including business release rollouts, upgrades, conversions, and change management among CMN communities from different workstreams such as PLN, MFG, P2P, OTC, SL, TM, WM, QM, and NCM. This includes coordinating SAP and OMP access rights for CMN.
Leading and influencing others, driving results, ensuring system and processing integration, and providing functional expertise and guidance to deliver sustainable solutions. This also involves representing CM North America in regional and expert global communities.
Performing key functional support with a strong focus on Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
Coordinating, designing, and executing the communication of system changes, user acceptance, and regression testing to minimize impacts on the CMN business. This also includes executing the master data strategy for SAP and OMP for CMN in North America.
Collaborating with the CMN team to understand system challenges, assist local users, and drive improvement as a change agent for the broader CMN community.
Creating a sustainable knowledge management system that ensures successful process standardization, employee onboarding, and upskilling.
If you...
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or another technical field.
Have a minimum of 3+ years of key user experience in SAP R/3 (SAP S4 HANA experience preferred) and proficiency in additional modules such as SD, LE, TM, WM, QM. Certifications in Supply Chain such as APICS and/or SAP ERP would be beneficial.
Possess experience with Integrated Planning software, preferably OMP Unison Planning, and in IT tool implementation and project management in a manufacturing environment, preferably process industry.
Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work well independently and in a team environment.
Are proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Analysis, or similar platforms, and in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
Are able and willing to travel 25% of the time
