Job Title: Facilities Technician
Job Description
Maintain the facility at a fully operational level, including HVAC, physical structure, plumbing, grounds, alarms, fire sprinklers, structures, forklifts, vehicles, and equipment moves. Manage planned activities to ensure timely delivery and assist the Maintenance department with complex industrial production equipment and machinery. Oversee the environmental program, including hazardous material inventory and storage, recycling program, and E-waste reporting. Troubleshoot and repair various equipment and facilities systems to ensure a safe facility.
Responsibilities
Maintain the facility at a fully operational level, including HVAC, physical structure, plumbing, grounds, alarms, fire sprinklers, structures, forklifts, vehicles, and equipment moves.
Maintain a schedule of planned activities to ensure timely delivery.
Assist Maintenance department with repairing, installing, adjusting, or maintaining complex industrial production equipment and machinery.
Perform complex preventive maintenance on mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
Manage the environmental program, including hazardous material inventory and storage, recycling program, and E-waste reporting.
Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and facilities systems.
Ensure the facility is safe.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
