Job Title : Data Entry Specialist (Hybrid)
Location : Fremont, MI
Pay : $19.63/hr
Schedule : Hybrid (In-office Tuesday-Thursday, WFH Monday & Friday)
Hours : 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 35-40 hours per week for the duration of the project
Dress Code : Casual, office-appropriate (no graphic tees or destructed jeans)
Job Duties :
Recreate all task lists in SAP
Relabel stockroom materials
Create new work centers for all MSE, MSM, and departmental work centers
Update cost centers on all maintenance plan items
Clean data from old purchase orders (POs)
Qualifications :
Proficiency in data entry and typing skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications
Familiarity with data management systems and databases
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills for numerical data entry
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
SAP experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pay Details: $19.63 per hour
