Job Title: Quality Inspector - Up to $24/hr!
Job Description
The quality inspector will be responsible for visually inspecting welds for minor flaws, operating tow motors as needed, using calipers, gauges, and micrometers, reading and interpreting blueprints for inspections, and using in-house software for inspection reports.

Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED
2 years of welding experience
2 years of fabricator experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using calipers, gauges, and micrometers
Experience operating tow motor
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Fabrication

Mig and Tig welding
Micrometer usage
Gauge usage

This is a contract-to-hire position. The company prides itself on a long-tenure culture, with the majority of employees having been with the company for over 10 years. Candidates will receive an additional $100 on their paycheck if they have perfect attendance for the month.
Work Environment
This is a first shift position from 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with work every other Saturday. Attendance is extremely important, and employees cannot miss work within the first 30 days.

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
