Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure timely and accurate filing of A/R, A/P, and G/P related paperwork. This role involves maintaining filed records, collecting and verifying expense reports, and reconciling various financial reports. Key responsibilities include preparing supporting documents for vendor payments, reconciling monthly statements and transactions, and answering vendor or account receivable inquiries. You will also be responsible for preparing accounts payable checks, printing reports, maintaining files, and entering finalized cash receipts. Additionally, you will research and process customer and vendor claims, reconcile monthly bank statements, and compile financial information for G/L accounts. The position may also involve assisting with special projects and overflow work.

Work Environment

Office connected to an almond plant and store, located in the countryside. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Dress code: jeans, nice shirt, and closed-toe shoes
