Description We are looking for a meticulous Billing Clerk to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process in a timely manner, maintaining customer credit records, and handling customer inquiries. This role requires proficiency in software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, and a strong understanding of accounting functions, invoice reconciliation, and B2B collections.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations

• Utilize software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage data

• Conduct cash applications as required

• Assist with invoice reconciliation tasks

• Contribute to the processing of a substantial number of invoices

• Engage in B2B collections when necessary

This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with bill.com is beneficial

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is required

• Prior experience with B2B collections would be advantageous

• Proficiency in Cash Applications is needed

• Ability to perform Invoice reconciliation is expected
