Summary
The Electronic Security System Administrator will also serve as the system maintenance manager. The candidate must be highly trained in managing Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and capable of demonstrating their expertise with ESS systems.
This position is contingent upon contract award
Responsibilities
Independently operates, inspects, diagnoses, and performs minor repair for system problems and be capable of taking immediate actions to resolve malfunctions of the ESS.
Possesses a detailed knowledge of all hardware and software operating systems, to include maintenance of all systems, linked sensors, system configurations from front-end to end users.
Possesses knowledge and can demonstrate the use of computer aided design (CAD) software.
Oversees and certifies all work done on the system and oversee and certify all additional equipment and capabilities installed on the system.
Understanding of Risk Management Framework standards to ensure implementation of Maintenance standards and any required actions are uniform under RMF policies, and ensuring the system is configured accordingly.
Maintenance, upgrades, and certification of electronic and physical security systems to include CCTV Systems, IDS, Access Control Systems (ACS), and barrier systems.
Maintains AMAG, Electronic Security System and troubleshoots false alarms associated with Motion Detectors, Access Card Readers, and various other components of the AMAG security system.
Able to manage multiple tasks that require significant amounts of coordination, including immediate response or emergency taskings for systems which have high uptime requirements, ensuring minimal downtime and/or interruptions to equipment capabilities.
Understanding of Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts system and the process to receipt of IAVA’s as well as plan composure and implementation of mitigation measures.

Qualifications
Must have a working knowledge of Physical Access Control, Identity Management, and integrated security solutions to include at a minimum IDS, CCTV, VMS, and ACP.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the management and sustainment of complex security systems integrated with multiple sub-systems in a classified work environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the general supervision.
Must possess the ability to troubleshoot information to prepare comprehensive recommendations, reports, letters, and regulatory documents, including IAVA response and mitigations, and RMF based documentation which may be used in support of ATO operations.
Must possess a DoDI 8570 IAT II level certification.
Must possess or be willing to obtain Lenel System Essentials Certification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms as needed to access equipment.
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with all DoD stakeholders to provide dependable, professional support.
Must have knowledge of Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts and mitigation report and implementation processing.
Must have a basic understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework and application of RMF standards and policies to Federal Systems.
