Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, reading, and repairing ladder logic on Allen Bradley PLCs, diagnosing and repairing AC and DC motor controls, and maintaining various components such as belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears, and related equipment. You will also perform preventative maintenance tasks and assist with machine maintenance.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, read, and repair ladder logic on Allen Bradley PLCs.
Diagnose and repair AC and DC motor controls.
Replace belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears, and related equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks within the plant.
Assist with injection/mold rebuilds, automation issues, and other machine maintenance tasks as needed.
Troubleshoot Fanuc drives.
Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics.
Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting.
Hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
PLC troubleshooting.
Preventive maintenance.
3-phase electrical knowledge.
Fanuc drive troubleshooting.
Ability to read and repair ladder logic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with plant personnel.
Forklift operation certification.
Familiarity with safety protocols such as lockout/tagout procedures, electrical safety, hazard communication programs, and personal protective equipment.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled facility. There are openings for 2nd shift (3PM - 11PM) and 3rd shift (11PM - 7AM).
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Fulton, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00
