Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Gainesville, Florida
Description We are in the process of hiring an Administrative Assistant for our operations in Gainesville, Florida. This role is primarily involved in the real estate industry, with a focus on managing and processing housing assistance requests. A contract employment opportunity is being offered for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing Housing Assistance Request for Tenancy Approval to ensure all necessary documents are accurately filled.
• Handling new units in Yardi and reviewing the existing ones.
• Initiating and supervising the inspection process for new moves and overseeing the leasing procedures.
• Ensuring rent reasonableness and tenant affordability by conducting comprehensive calculations.
• Accurately determining families' gross/adjusted income, deductions, utility allowances, and rent to the owner, as well as HAP Payment to the owner.
• Processing files monthly within the specified timelines, adhering to departmental protocols, objectives, and goals.
• Managing new lease ups to meet goals and deadlines established by the management team.
• Reviewing and processing Housing Assistance Payments Contracts to ensure they meet quality assurance standards.
• Accurately entering data into the appropriate databases.
• Processing manual payment adjustments as required.
• Using information derived from research to accurately, properly, and timely close out sales force tickets. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a courteous and detail-oriented attitude.
• Proven ability in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with email correspondence, able to manage and respond to a high volume of emails.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and manage multiple schedules.
• Experience in property management, with a focus on administrative support and coordination. TalentMatch®
